Biography

Bachelor of Science Degree, Hons (University Malaya) She has been engaged in training, consultancy and auditing in Quality Systems, Automotive Systems, Food Safety Management Systems, Social Systems and Environmental Management since 1996. She has worked as a General Manager in a Japanese multinational plastic products company, has undertaken of marketing, product development, quality assurance and purchasing, logistics and product planning. She also performed a management function in introducing the integration of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 in its very early years, and then combined these systems in her company with EMS14001, OHSAS18001 and compliance to RoHS & ELV requirements. During her employment with this Japanese multinational company, she led her teams to become and maintain its status as a provider of quality and service excellence, with simple and effective approaches, and she further helped the company in various business transformation programs. Green Procurement and RoHS directives are other areas of her forte and she has helped and has helped her company to comply with the stipulated requirements. In addition to these achievements, she helped her company to launch a number of positive action programs that have enhanced her company’s business performance significantly.
